Activ Quality Management - Management Reporting

One of the key success factors to implementing any quality system is the generation of reports from the data collected within the system. Managers need to monitor the causes of complaints and concerns, monitor the progress of audits, ensure documents are reviewed on schedule and that non conformances are acted on and corrective actions are completed and signed off. Activ Quality Manager provides a Quality Reporting module that extracts data from anywhere in the system to compile reports and identify trends.
The Quality Reporting module allows you to specify exactly what data to extract and where it should be places in the report. The reports are generated on your own Ms Excel templates/ This gives a snapshot in time of the quality performance of the organisation allowing you to make qualified decisions.

Activ Quality Manager also include a Smart Actions module which allows any user to issue an action from any where in the system. These are automatically referenced against the source (e.g. a customer complaint, an audit report, supplier visit report) and can be assigned and delegated across the organisation. The smart actions are stored in a central database rather than the email system to give full visibility to all to ensure no customer critical tasks are missed.
